Job Description

As a Security Professional - Residential Patrol in Augusta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment for a residential community. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. You will be the face of Allied Universal, responding professionally to inquiries, assisting with access control, and communicating clearly with both residents and team members. This position is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the community by vehicle, helping to monitor for any unusual activity and ensuring all security-related protocols are followed. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
