IDS Call Center Ancillary Supervisor, FT Days
The IDS Call Center Supervisor reports directly to IDS Call Center Management. He / She creates a smooth functioning environment through staff leadership, by setting and achieving objectives through interpersonal, interpretive, and technical abilities. He / She is the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. He / She collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzes tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. He / She assists with the operational development, database management, and training.
