Summary
The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in the success of our team and is primarily focused on qualifying inbound customer inquiries, helping prospects find the right SENS solution, and supporting the sales process from quote to close. This role also provides essential support to the DC Power Outside Sales Team and balances responsiveness with proactive engagement through educating customers, following up on open quotes, driving quote to order conversion, and developing long-term relationships that support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. The position requires exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, and the ability to work effectively with customers, manufacturing representatives, and channel partners. Key responsibilities include effective communication with inside sales employees and customers, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Location : This position is located in Longmont, CO and will begin fully on-site, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work schedule once fully trained.
Base Compensation : $54,000 to $72,000 is the projected compensation range for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible for on Target Sales Commission when sales goals are fully achieved.
Closing Date : September 30th. While we expect to keep the position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed early based on applicant volume and hiring needs.
