Job Type : Full-Time | Commission-Based | Entry-Level to Experienced

Potential Commission-Based Earnings : $90,000 to $140,000+ annually (uncapped)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Security System Sales Representatives . In this high-impact role, you’ll represent MHB Security in the field, educating homeowners about our state-of-the-art security solutions and helping them secure peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and generate qualified leads
  • Present, promote, and sell security and smart home packages
  • Conduct on-site consultations and product demonstrations
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, appointments, and sales activity
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team development meetings

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people
  • Prior sales experience is a plus (but not required— we provide training )
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
