As the Avionics Crew Chief within our Business Aviation MRO , you will lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Avionics Installation department , including workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and professional development of your team.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Avionics Installation department, including workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and professional development of your team.

Ensure from quote to customer billing is accurate while working with sales to produce accurate quoting.
