We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in Channahon, IL . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic.
