About Our Client :

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Legal Specialist. This position offers the chance to play a critical role in supporting a variety of legal functions, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory oversight.

Job Description :

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for drafting and reviewing documents, assisting with acquisitions, researching regulations, and providing legal support to management and external stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and revise contracts, agreements, policies, and legal correspondence.
• Assist with acquisition matters including due diligence, confidentiality agreements, and transaction documents.
• Collaborate with internal leaders, outside counsel, and stakeholders on legal issues.
• Prepare documentation and materials for filings and proceedings.
• Research laws, ordinances, and regulations relevant to company operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to management.
• Support coordination of legal department activities.
• Maintain confidentiality in all legal matters.
