We are looking for someone to come on board in a Maintenance Technician role.

- Bexley at Anderson Mill
Skill Level :
At least 3 years of apartment / residential maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior / exterior maintenance and carpentryCFC / EPA certification – Type II or UniversalHands on HVAC repair experienceCompensation :
Pay - starting at $22 per hour depending on experienceOn Call Bonus - $150 per week (calls or no calls) plus additional $150 per holiday on call bonusQuarterly Bonus – $980 potential (based on performance of property and team)Benefits - vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount and 401K with company matchSchedule :
Regular hours : Full Time – Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm, 40 hours per weekAdditional hours : Participation in weekly emergency on-call rotation with the team requiredTasks and Responsibilities include the following :
Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartmentsAssist with turn / make ready process of vacant apartmentsWork with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basisAssist with general property and building maintenance of the community including clubhouse, amenities and poolQualifications :
Helpful and friendly attitude, dedicated to excellent customer serviceExhibits take-ownership attitude and pride in their workSelf- motivated / hardworking, able to work independently as well as be an integral part of an established teamAbility to recognize issues and problem-solve with minimal supportAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentUnderstand the importance of adhering to safety standardsJob Requirements :
Have reliable transportationComfortable using a computer and mobile devices using MS Windows, Outlook and other software programs to manage workAbility to drive a golf cartAble to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. independentlyEndure year-round interior / exterior temperatures for extended periods of time with physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairsAble to climb step and extension laddersAble to work with maintenance and cleaning productsOwn and able to operate specified hand / power toolsA background check will be conducted.
