Key Responsibilities :
- Lead food science research to inform product design, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, industrial design, marketing, and culinary experts to develop and validate new cooking technologies.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate food quality, texture, flavor, and nutritional outcomes across various appliance prototypes.
- Develop standardized testing protocols for food performance and sensory evaluation.
- Translate consumer insights and culinary trends into actionable product features and innovations.
- Support regulatory compliance and food safety standards across product lines.
- Provide technical expertise in thermal processing, ingredient interactions, and food matrix behavior under different cooking conditions.
Qualifications :
MS or PhD in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in food product development, preferably in consumer goods or appliance industries.Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and sensory science.Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and technical reporting.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
