Material Handler – All Shifts | All Locations Full-Time | Competitive Pay (DOE) Location : Multiple Sites in Springville, Lindon, and American Fork

CandyCo is now hiring Material Handlers for all shifts at multiple warehouse and production locations.

We're looking for reliable team members with a Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required. Many of our openings

involve stand-up forklift operation, experience with stand-up trucks is a strong advantage-but not required for all positions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and stage materials
  • Support production and warehouse material needs
  • Label, store, and track materials in designated areas
  • Perform safety checks and routine equipment inspections
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all food safety and company safety protocols
  • Communicate with supervisors and follow daily work assignments
  • Other warehouse support duties as needed
  • This role supports internal material flow

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required
  • Stand-up forklift experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for most of the shift
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary, including Holidays and / or weekends as required
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Must follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and participate in stretch / warmup activities

  • Day, Swing, and Night
  • Overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required
