In this role, you will lead Google Cloud's Government Affairs and Public Policy strategy for the Central / Southwest region. You will be accountable for Cloud's primary policy and business objectives, fostering critical relationships and driving measurable business impact in a region known for its infrastructure investments and high-priority growth markets.

You will lead Google Cloud's policy and government affairs strategy for assigned regional states and ensure alignment of business priorities, public policy goals, and go-to-market strategies across Government Affairs and Google Cloud.

Minimum qualifications include : a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and 7 years of experience working within government, think tanks, or public policy organizations.

Preferred qualifications include : 2 years of experience with or in state and local governments, particularly involving enterprise technology services, experience with government procurement processes, and experience in one of the following areas : energy, tax policy, permitting, or infrastructure development.
