We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with senior advisors to help clients build and manage personalized financial plans. You'll gain hands-on experience in investment analysis, retirement planning, risk management, and wealth-building strategies while developing strong client relationships.
Compensation :
$75,000+ at plan with benefits
Responsibilities :
- Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
- Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
- Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
Qualifications :
Success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is desiredSuperior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferredComputer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vitalBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field is requiredStrong interest in financial planning and investment managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSales experience or customer service backgroundWilling to study and obtain a Life Insurance licenseThough not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63 / 66 license is considered a plusSuperior communication, relationship-building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clientsExperience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related business or money management tools is desiredA basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well as an interest in the financial industry and financial products, is necessaryAbout Company
