The Director of Talent Programs is a dynamic, energetic, and strong team player supporting the recruitment opportunity within the organization, the development of its people, and Spark Power branding. Reporting to the Vice Presidents of the operational teams, this role is responsible for all programs related to recruiting, learning and development, and entry programs.
What will do you as a Director of Renewables Services :
Development of Recruitment Strategies
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans with assistance from operational teams
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Oversee employer branding programs (University Relations, external marketing and public relations)
- Work with Talent Acquisition team and operations to establish efficient processes in recruiting that align with the overall corporate strategy
Leadership
Lead employment branding initiativesOrganize and / or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other eventsResponsible for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teamsParticipate in corporate level discussions around future strategy and business focusForecasting of Recruitment Needs

Proficiency in English and in-depth knowledge of MS OfficeExperience in construction / renewable energy / manufacturing would be considered an assetExperience recruiting for technical trade positions would be preferredProven record of closing multiple requisitions in a timely mannerAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge of latest recruitment trends in the marketReliability, discretion, and confidentialityExperience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment brandingDo you have the Spark?
