Job Opportunity : Office Specialist

Roles and responsibilities include :
- License Processing : Review, evaluate, and process license applications accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all applicable statutes, rules, and procedures.
- Customer Service : Respond to inquiries from the public via phone, email, and in person. Provide clear and concise information regarding licensing requirements and processes.
- Regulatory Knowledge : Maintain a comprehensive understanding of licensing laws, rules, and regulations. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes.
- Administrative Duties : Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain organized records. Utilize strong computer skills to efficiently complete tasks.
Minimum requirements include :
The ability to report to the office daily, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm during the training period, which could be up to one month. This position may be eligible for remote work, following the training period, for up to 3 days per week.1+ years of experience in a public-facing customer service role.1+ years of experience working in an office performing clerical duties.Experience producing professional communications, such as letters and emails, and responding timely to written inquiries with clarity and accuracy.Experience in properly handling confidential information.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and / or their Google equivalents (Google Docs and Sheets).Preferred experience includes :
Experience working in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local government).Experience researching and applying statutes, rules, policies, and procedures.Experience reviewing documents to confirm completeness and compliance.Why you should join our team :
