Minimum Qualifications Education Level required : Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience required : 4+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within state government, including areas such as MWBE, SDVOB, contract administration, regulatory compliance, grant administration, and / or construction. Strong experience in contract compliance and financial auditing is preferred. Or 3+ years of relevant experience, with a required minimum of 2 of those years working directly on MWBE and SDVOB programs in a state government environment, with a specific focus on contracts.
Knowledge required : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and using contract and data management systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding oral and written communication skills are required.
