Civil Engineering II

AECOM Technical Services Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering II in Akron OH.

Job details :

• Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
• Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
• Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations plan preparation and cost estimates. Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.
• Identifies discrepancies in results.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision. assisting senior project engineers and project managers on projects related to civil design such as waterlines landfills pump stations and force mains earthwork / grading roadway engineering cost estimates and other related civil work.
• May telecommute.

Qualifications :

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Alternatively employer will accept Masters degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering or related field and no experience.
