Position Summary :

The Withdrawal Management Residential Counselor provides assessment and addiction treatment counseling to patients in Buckley services. Medically managed withdrawal services and medical residential services are provided within a 24 / 7 safety milieu with a comprehensive array of evidence-based treatment services, medical and health services, and mental health, integration into each patient's treatment and wellness plan as indicated.

Essential Duties :

  • Service and treatment planning, program development and record keeping per OAR's and program policy.
  • Conduct assessments to identify patient's level of care need utilizing ASAM PPC-2R.
  • Refer patients to appropriate treatment programs for follow-up care.
  • Participate in direct treatment of patients by attending clinical staff meetings / supervisions.
  • Work closely with Nursing, clinical staff, and Sub-acute Technicians to ensure patient care.
  • Provide group therapy, education, and individual sessions

Employment Type : Full-time, Hourly non-exempt

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 8AM- 4 : 30PM

Location : Fully On-site at Buckley Center (now moved to our newest building!)

Compensation :

Starting wage $26.57 / Hour

  • Requirements :

    Position Minimum Qualifications :

  • Oregon state certification through MHACBO of CADC I or above is required
  • High school / GED Completion
  • WF Employment Requirements :

  • Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening (Including THC)
  • Effective 03 / 28 / 2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment.
