Weekend REQ : 1 call weekend every 3-5 weeks

On-call REQ : 8 call days within a 4-week period, 1 call weekend every 3-5 weeks Friday-Monday. 24hrs on-call Saturday and Sunday.

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? : within cath lab unit

Floating Req to Sister Facilities : No

Open to accommodating block schedule? : Attempts will be made to schedule as consistently as possible.

Locals Accepted : No Within 75 miles of this facility

Pending State License Accepted : Pending

RTO Restrictions : 7 days
