CNC Machinist / CAD-CAM Programmer
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with strong CAD / CAM programming expertise to join our team and take on challenging, hands-on work in a variety of applications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute from concept through production while working on projects across multiple materials and industries.
What You’ll Do
- Program 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines using CAD / CAM software (SolidWorks / SolidCAM or similar)
- Produce precise CAD / CAM files from 3D models or technical drawings
- Select appropriate tooling and design / build custom workholding solutions
- Set up, operate, and inspect CNC machined components
- Prepare setup documentation and part detail drawings
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to enhance manufacturability
- Identify ways to reduce setup times and improve changeover processes
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
