Field Coordinator - New York City
Field Coordinator reporting to Field Services Manager. Serve as main point contact for Aclara's New York City Customer. Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives. Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel. Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies and schedules. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to managers. Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met. Schedule or facilitate project meetings. Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Candidates must reside in New York City and compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $88,000 annually and also offers a competitive benefits package.
A Day In The Life
- Responsible for all SFT scheduling, tracking, resolution and closure
- Attend Customer meetings as required to serve as Aclara main point of contact
- Maintain all site visit trackers (weekly / daily)
- Maintain and organize all onsite warehouse inventory / ordering / ensuring stock is current
- Interact with Aclara Engineering on all changes and issues in the field that effect Customer operations Complete working knowledge and understanding of Aclara Customer contract and SLAs
- Monitor all invoices of monthly leases, storage fees, purchasing to ensure accuracy
- Ensure all Business licenses and COIs are requested and issued in accordance with local gov't regulations Coordination with all local traffic control regulations to ensure DCU site work is performed safely and timely
- Working knowledge of Aclara Data Collector Units and components and new deployed products and firmware
- Perform DCU field repairs and maintenance work as directed by Field Services Manager
