Salary : $50,000 - $60,000

Position Overview :

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for executing activities to build engagement and generate selling opportunities. This is an excellent role for someone eager to build upon their SaaS Sales career with a team that sets ambitious goals and has an exciting track record to build on.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cold call, email, and outreach to identify and close new business
  • Multi-step, multi-channel outbound sequences to a targeted pool of prospects and existing customers
  • Measure account and prospect-level engagement to prioritize other targeted outreach that includes custom messaging based on ICP, persona, etc.
  • Multi-step, multi-channel outbound sequences to a targeted pool of prospects and existing customers
  • Follow-up on leads provided by lead generation activities including marketing campaigns, trade shows and other company efforts
  • Research assigned accounts to build critical data on the account (contacts, initiatives, triggers, news, talk tracks and other relevant account details)
  • Be a Hubspot expert to maximize the capabilities of the tool. Update prospect interaction and keep an organized pipeline to ensure efficient funnel management
  • Meet or exceed weekly prospecting targets based on sales activity and opportunity creation
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for setting qualified opportunities

About You :

  • 1-2 years of SaaS sales representative experience with a track record of exceeding your goals
  • Are a storyteller with impeccable written and verbal communication skills, who thrives in a high-pressure, competitive environment
  • Have a natural curiosity to understand the how, the why, and the impact of customers challenges
  • Understand automation platforms and can use them efficiently (ie. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Are a great contributor to team culture and in helping to drive ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness in everything we do
  • Are self-motivated, highly organized, coachable, with a hunger to grow your career in the technology industry
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000 + Commission

    In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
