Were seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist II to perform and oversee a wide range of laboratory testing and analysis within the Hematology and Urinalysis departments. Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis in compliance with established procedures and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and verify quality control, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments (including calibration and maintenance).
• Ensure proper documentation, inventory management, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with laboratory colleagues and healthcare teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and laboratory process improvements.
