Job Responsibilities

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' specific needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their desired functional outcomes
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based methodologies to promote the development of motor skills, cognitive functions, and essential daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded patient care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Provide guidance to patients and families on therapy practices to encourage continued progress beyond therapy sessions
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatment : Monitor clinical progress and adjust plans as necessary, ensuring that patients are on the right track
