Behavioral Health Hospitalist opportunity in the greater St. Louis, MO area

Great work-life balance opportunity for a Hospitalist to round on medical needs on behavioral health patients. We are not managing behavioral issues. On-site psychiatrists and Pharmacists are readily available to assist when needed.

Position highlights :

• Flexibility in setting your own hours in seeing patients.
• Must be available until 7 pm via phone or pager.
• Some weekends are required with limited hours in hospital.
• Very reasonable census.
• Low Acuity, low stress position.
• Manage admissions, rounding, and discharging patients. Manage medical needs only.
• No Procedures or codes required.
• No ICU and No ED at this facility.
