Job Summary
We are looking for an LCSW to provide remote mental health services to a diverse adult population. In this role, you’ll focus on structured telehealth sessions, practical support, and clear communication with clients and other professionals involved in their care.
Responsibilities
- Offer scheduled telehealth sessions for individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk evaluations.
- Develop treatment plans that include realistic, achievable goals.
- Provide psychoeducation and skills-based interventions tailored to each client.
- Coordinate with external providers and community agencies when needed.
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and agency standards.
