Estimated pay package based on bill rate at time job was posted. Bill rates can

change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours,

distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers.

1) Weekends are not required, our therapists work 5 / 8-hour days, although our DOR is flexible with working a day on the weekend and flexing a day off in the week if needed.

2) Usually, our therapists see anywhere from 8-12 residents a day. We service both skilled nursing and LTC (Part B) for therapy services.

3) Productivity requirement is 90%

4) We would be willing to accept a new grad if willing to learn and eager to work in a fairly fast paced environment (prefer that new grad has SNF experience during Level II Fieldwork).

5) Dress Code = Navy blue scrubs
