Job Description : The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and provides the most comfortable patient experience possible by using best practices. The PSR II will instruct and educate patients and their families on matters such as health techniques or procedures and our care offerings. The PSR II will also communicate with our clients and act as the primary point of contact for patients.
