Job Summary :

As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II , you’ll serve as a trusted, front-line representative for patients undergoing routine or critical diagnostic testing. In this advanced role, you will draw blood, ensure quality sample collection, and uphold the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and patient care while adapting to a variety of settings, including doctor’s offices and patient service centers. Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform all assigned duties promptly under area supervisor's guidance.
  • Maintain a safe, professional patient service environment .
  • Accurately collect and process forensic and clinical specimens.
  • Verify patient demographic data, initials, and post-draw tube labeling.
  • Document records and procedures in accordance with policy.
  • Create a welcoming and informative experience for patients.
  • Adapt to doctor’s offices, patient service centers, and varied work environments as needed.

Required Experience :

  • years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections .
  • Keyboard and data entry proficiency.
  • Nice-to-Have Experience :

  • years working in a Patient Service Center environment.
  • Customer service in a healthcare, retail, or service setting.
  • Required Skills :

  • Excellent phlebotomy technique for all age groups.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume clinical setting .
  • Self-sufficient; capable of independent decision-making.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Phlebotomy certification (Required in OR, WA, CA, NV).
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training.
  • Comfortable with on-call, weekends, holidays, and schedule flexibility.
  • Additional Skills :

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (when applicable).
  • Committed to health / safety policies and dress code standards.
  • Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and ability to embrace change.
  • Open communicator with peers, patients, and supervisors.
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations with short notice.
  • Training location may vary by trainer availability.
