If you answered yes, this is the job for you. This position will be responsible for contacting and setting appointments with inbound web leads for the largest, fastest growing health club. Will also handle inbound telephone inquiries and retain cancelled members via phone, e-mail and social media.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed goals for contacting all inbound web leads within set time parameters
- Meet and exceed goals for conversion of web leads into physical appointments within the clubs
- Meet and exceed goals for retaining cancelled memberships
