THE BASICS

Pay : starting salary of $60,000 annually, with pay based on experience

Schedule : This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Employees report to our central office before traveling to job sites throughout Bell County.

YOUR DAY AS A REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER

As a Remodeling Project Manager, you'll oversee remodeling projects from planning to completion. You'll coordinate with subcontractors and in-house crews, manage job schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure client satisfaction. Your day will involve organizing timelines, solving problems, and keeping projects on track while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER

1+ years of experience managing remodeling projects

Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations

Proficiency with computers and typing, including project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project), customer relations software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines

Great negotiation and vendor management skills

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Highly motivated and organized

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Having a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) are a plus!
