About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President / General Manager III to lead a dynamic team and drive strategic growth initiatives within the engine accessories business. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational leadership, P&L management, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and team leadership. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience in an MRO environment, with a strong background in the components and accessories market. The VP / GM III will be instrumental in shaping the future of the business, ensuring the repair and overhaul of aero engine components and accessories meet the highest standards, and leading the team to exceed operational and financial objectives. Key responsibilities for the VP / GM III include developing and implementing performance, efficiency, and product quality standards, as well as leading continuous improvement and cost-efficiency projects. The role demands a leader with a participative communication style, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and be authorized to work in the U.S. The position requires daily onsite support and less than 25% travel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sustainable results, be adept at working with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the broader leadership of the company.
