Key Responsibilities :
Prepare, cook, and serve food on-site at events according to LCQ standardsFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesAssist with event setup, kitchen organization, and breakdownMaintain a clean and professional appearance while representing Low Country QuisineWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detailRequirements :
At least 2 years of experience cooking in a catering or event-based settingValid Food Handler’s CertificationAble to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 60 poundsMust work well under pressure and in changing environmentsReliable transportation to travel to off-site events across the DFW MetroplexBilingual (English / Spanish) preferredFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Traits :
