The R&D Engineer III will contribute to the development and integration of advanced medical devices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams driving technical excellence and ensuring product designs meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Work Mode

At Boston Scientific we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Maple Grove MN office five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Technical Contribution : Participate in the design and development of medical devices ensuring they meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
• Design and Development : Conduct feasibility studies develop prototypes and perform testing and validation to optimize product designs.
• Problem-Solving and Compliance : Investigate failure modes perform root cause analyses and develop solutions to address technical challenges. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering quality manufacturing and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product development and integration.
• Documentation and Reporting : Prepare and review engineering documentation including technical reports design history files and regulatory submissions. Present project updates and technical insights to stakeholders.
