Infiniti Sales Professional
Join our team as an INFINITI Sales Professional in Tulsa, Oklahoma! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to represent our prestigious brand and deliver exceptional sales experiences to our clients.
Responsibilities include showcasing and demonstrating INFINITI vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits; building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond; achieving and exceeding sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures; staying up to date with INFINITI product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings; collaborating with team members to create effective sales strategies and contribute to a positive work environment; assisting customers in selecting appropriate vehicle options, financing, and insurance products; maintaining accurate and detailed customer records using CRM software; and participating in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; a valid driver's license; previous experience in automotive sales preferred; a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation and closing abilities; time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively; knowledge of automotive industry trends and market conditions; familiarity with INFINITI product line and brand values a plus; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; professional appearance and demeanor; and enthusiasm for the automotive industry and passion for the INFINITI brand.
