Travel Physical Therapist – Days

Location : Syracuse, NY

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks

Start Date : 12 / 8

Shift : Mon-Fri, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (5x8s)

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years; outpatient experience preferred

Requirements :

B.S. in Physical Therapy

NYS License or eligible

Scope of Role :

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement patient treatment programs in accordance with prescribed procedures. Responsibilities include :

Formulating specific treatment goals in collaboration with patients and healthcare staff

Preparing and maintaining accurate notes and discharge records

Participating in designated clinics, rounds, and professional conferences

Providing education and training to staff, students, and volunteers

Serving as a clinical instructor for senior-level students

Facilitating new program development
