What will you be doing?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator to join our finance team. This full-time role will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to interacting with and helping customers.

Some of your day-to-day tasks?

  • Assist in the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment posting, and collection
  • Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to follow up on outstanding invoices, resolve billing disputes, and answer inquiries
  • Review aging reports and identify customer balances to be addressed
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for management
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer billing and payment issues
  • Process credit memos, adjustments, and write-offs as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
  • What do you need to be able to do?

  • Education : Associate or bachelor’s degree in business is preferred
  • Experience : Previous experience in accounts receivable is preferred
  • Work Schedule : Monday 7 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm, Tuesday-Friday 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
