Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Compensation
The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour.
Benefits are available to eligible employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to convert to permanent employment based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Responsibilities
Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
Perform administrative duties such as opening / closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
Manage patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
Encourage patient engagement in health and wellness, including behavioral health, screenings, and chronic condition management.
Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to drive better outcomes for patient panels.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Requirements
Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
Active license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of employment.
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine or primary care preferred.
Knowledge of quality measurement in chronic disease management.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in information management and technology.
Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
Ability to collaborate with professional colleagues to ensure quality patient care.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a remote clinical care team environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
