Shift : Flexible part-time schedule minimum 2030 hours per week during standard office hours. Work schedule is designed to accommodate academic commitments.

Pay Range : $23.00-26.00

PURPOSE :

The Engineering Co-Op is an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world aerospace manufacturing challenges. At PCC Carson City youll gain hands-on experience in process design quality and continuous improvement while supporting production of precision castings used in aircraft engines and critical industrial applications. This role offers meaningful projects mentoring from experienced engineers and a pathway to explore future careers in engineering within a global leader in advanced manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Engineering Projects & Process Support

• Apply principles learned in school to hands-on projects in process and product design.
• Support process improvements cost-reduction initiatives and efficiency projects across departments.
• Conduct analysis testing and documentation of existing processes and recommend improvements.
