The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to transform clinical content into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences using modern instructional design techniques and a learning management system, with a focus on accessibility, scalability, and continuous improvement. Instructional Designer Responsibilities :
Collaborate with faculty and staff to design, develop, and refine interactive learning content.Transform expert-developed clinical content into engaging e-learning experiences for healthcare professionals.Create modules using active learning techniques such as video, case studies, simulations, and branching scenarios.Structure and upload learning materials into the Docebo LMS, ensuring a seamless user experience.Iterate on course design based on pilot feedback and learner analytics.Ensure all educational materials are accessible, visually appealing, and meet institutional quality standards.Incorporate personalized learning pathways for different types of healthcare learners (e.g., physicians, nurses, administrators).Explore and apply AI-enhanced instructional methods aligned with responsible innovation practices.Provide strategic input on content development, learner engagement, and long-term content improvement.Instructional Designer Qualifications :
3-5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, preferably in healthcare or academic medicine.Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in instructional design, education, or related field preferred.Experience with responsible AI concepts and enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven team.Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, interactive e-learning content.Proficiency with modern instructional design tools and methodologies.Experience with Docebo (or similar LMS platforms).Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively with clinicians and staff in a complex academic environment.
