Proficiently manage the complexities associated with large, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, and communicate effectively with executive-level staff Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and communication channels to drive project success. Team Coordination : Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team progress towards project goals, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Concurrently manage multiple projects that are at various stages in the project life cycle. Project Planning and Strategy : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Requirements Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with company goals. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes and timelines are met. Continuous Improvement : Monitor project performance metrics and client feedback, analyze project outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Compile reports on project progress, and other relevant metrics. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certification such as PMP Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare projects and multiple stakeholder management. Project Management experience, including developing and implementing processes for new or existing products Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering multiple complex healthcare projects simultaneously on time with various healthcare organizations Proven solid understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements Proven excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully driving projects to completion Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions Previous Healthcare project management experience Results driven
