Vallourec Star is seeking a CNC Operator for threading steel tubes. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to thread and chamfer steel tubes according to precise specifications. This role requires a high level of technical skill and attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of the threaded tubes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in performing setups.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and offset adjustments as needed.
• Select and load part programs, and change inserts and tooling.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including checking and replenishing cooling fluids and making necessary adjustments (CCLs).
• Operate CNC lathe in accordance with Vallourec operating instructions.
• Use precision gages, micrometers, and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product.
• Always maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for quality of work meeting all requirements.
• Follow all Company work instructions, specifications, and requirements.
• Follow all Company Rules, Procedures, and Policies.
• Always place Safety first and follow all Company Safety Rules.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Must read, write, and communicate in the English language.
