Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead project management services for facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead project management services for major and minor projects, including estimation and supervision Develop project scopes and schedules, and identify potential risks and logistical issues Coordinate vendor RFPs and interact with contractors and subcontractors Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education / military experience in Engineering Design or Construction Proficient in reviewing Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings Experience overseeing new construction or renovations of older buildings Cost estimating experience, particularly with RS Means format Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
