As a Maintenance Manager at the Hilton Bloomington, you'll support the Director in overseeing evening operations, ensuring the hotel's facilities and equipment remain in top condition through hands-on maintenance, preventive projects, and team leadership-enhancing both guest experiences and internal support systems.

What will you be doing?

• Provide daily Condition and Work Progress report to the Chief Engineer.
• Supervise, direct and inspect the Engineers on a daily basis to insure their work productivity and quality meets standards and deadlines.
• Responsible for coordination and roll-out of projects as directed.
• Interact as needed with guests, contractors, vendors.
• Knowledge of brand standard, service standard, SALT and meet expectations.
• Perform all assigned day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance projects as assigned.
• Assist fellow Engineers with their assigned tasks to include trouble shooting, regular maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections via walk-throughs of public areas, back of the house areas, guest rooms and exterior areas.
