DUNKIN’ DONUTS MULTI-UNIT MANAGERS – FULL-TIME positions available.
The Multi-Unit Manager role is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for Dunkin’ restaurants within a defined geographic region. In addition, this individual will develop marketing plans, assist in growing new business, and will ensure that all reporting operations adhere to the overall Company mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting expectations.
Essential Functions :
- Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Ensures products are consistent with brand quality standards
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Oversees the profit and loss management by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining inventory,
managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
Responsible for the growth and development of Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and CrewMembers
Oversees recruiting, interviewing, training, motivation, evaluation and termination of team membersAdministers and adheres to all company policiesOversees inquiries from all customers and employeesOversees the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and arranges for repairs, contracts and other servicesOversees the plans and implements work schedulesQualifications, Experience, Education and Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree, preferredMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role in restaurant chain environment with responsibility for multiplelocations and operations
Budgeting and P&L management experienceStrong operational skills in a customer service environmentMust have strong leadership skills and the ability to empower othersBe committed to leading with integrity, setting the example, and promoting our culture throughout the regionAbility to analyze problems, reports, identify solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implementrecommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management andcustomers
