What is this role?

Cirkul is looking for a Lead UI / UX Designer to drive the strategy and execution of user-centered design across our digital experiences. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to both define the vision and roll up their sleeves to execute it. You'll be responsible for shaping how our customers discover, learn about, and engage with our products-improving clarity, conversion, and delight. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Engineering, while presenting design strategy directly to executive stakeholders, to deliver thoughtful and compelling user experiences that support our business objectives.
