Position Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level Merchandising, Purchasing and Real Estate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and what it takes to be successful in each position.
- Identify and recommend recruiting and organizational structure strategies to support our growing business.
- Work closely with business leaders to recommend and identify employee development opportunities.
