Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to enhance our internal ABB knowledge and capabilities. The successful candidate will run and manage a MIG welding robotic cell equipped with two ABB robots, develop and design the cell's processes, and lead programming and troubleshooting efforts.

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to enhance our internal ABB knowledge and capabilities. The successful candidate will run and manage a MIG welding robotic cell equipped with two ABB robots, develop and design the cell's processes, and lead programming and troubleshooting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate a MIG welding robotic cell using two ABB robots.
• Develop and design processes for the robotic cell.
• Program and lead troubleshooting efforts using RAPID and Robot Studio.
• Consider Fanuc or similar robots if suitable ABB candidates are unavailable.
• Work collaboratively to cover second or swing shifts, potentially from noon to 8 PM, with flexible shift details.

Work Environment

The role is based on a manufacturing floor, requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including potentially a noon to 8 PM schedule. The position offers an opportunity to lead and integrate robotics within a premier employer's manufacturing process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00 / hr.
