Job Description

Seeking an experienced Community Manager with HOA management know-how. Must have single family home community experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • CAAM certification designation (must maintain in good standing)
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and varying schedules

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate corporate records in accordance with Arizona law
  • Document board actions and minutes
  • Organize and facilitate association meetings
  • Educate boards on relevant legislation
  • Conduct inspections for rule violations
  • Issue violation notices
  • Monitor contractor performance
  • Manage vendor selection and performance
  • Generate and interpret monthly financial reports
  • Serve as main contact for homeowners and vendors
  • Liaise between board, committees, and residents
