Key Responsibilities

Oversees curriculum and instructional design projects and manages the instructional design team

Designs and develops instructional materials for various course formats, ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements

Collaborates with subject matter experts to create effective learning materials and leads compliance efforts related to online learning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in education technology, instructional design, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience leading instructional design teams

Minimum 5 years of experience in developing higher-education courses

Extensive knowledge of instructional design theories and practices

Experience with project management techniques and learning management systems
