Job Skills / Requirements

  • General Cleaner Pay Rate - $16.00 an hour
  • Experienced Supervisor Pay Rate - $18.00 an hour

Duties and Responsibilities :

Primary Duties :

  • Clean assigned areas by emptying trash vacuuming sweeping mopping and wiping down surfaces.
  • Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and tools.
  • Dust furniture and scrub surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
  • Clean and service restrooms using proper disinfectants and equipment.

    • Safety & Compliance :

  • Monitor building security by locking doors after operating hours.
  • Check electrical appliances to prevent hazards.
  • Use approved cleaning solutions and chemicals safely following SDS guidelines.
  • Wear proper PPE when handling cleaning agents.

    • Operational Expectations :

  • Arrive on time and complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
  • Identify and report equipment repairs to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Crosstrain in other duties or areas as assigned by the Supervisor.
